双碱法
工作原理：
钠钙双碱法是以氢氧化钠溶液为第一碱吸收烟气中的SO2，然后再用石灰作为第二碱，对吸收液进行再生，再生后的吸收液继续循环使用，所得的NaOH溶液送回吸收系统使用。所得的半水亚硫酸钙可经氧化生成石膏。
技术特点：
1、钠钙双碱法是采用钠基脱硫剂进行塔内脱硫，由于钠基脱硫加碱性强，吸收二氧化硫后反应产物溶解度大，不会造成过饱和结晶，及结垢堵塞的问题。
2、脱硫产物再生后被打回脱硫塔循环使用，大大降低了投资成本及运行费用，非常适合与中小型烟气脱硫工程。
3、吸收剂利用率高达95%，脱硫效率高。
4、脱硫副产品可利用价值高，可以创造一定的经济价值，无二次污染。
