AZY型汽轮机轴封抽风机
一、概况
AZY型汽轮机轴封抽风机是淄博恒通风机有限公司在吸收消化国外先进技术的基础上而自行研制成功的产品，它具有噪音低、流量区域宽、性能曲线平坦、高效节能等优点，是一种小流量、高风压、小比转数、单级叶轮的离心鼓风机。设计上主要用于汽轮机轴封蒸汽冷却器抽吸空气与蒸汽混合气体，也可输送或抽吸空气和其他类似介质，温度在80℃内的气体。这是我厂最新开发的新产品，性能优良，可以满足电站的运行和配套需要。
二、产品型式
1.本抽风机又可制成右旋和左旋两种型式。从电机正视风机，如叶轮顺时针旋转称右旋，以“右”表示；逆时针旋转称左旋，以“左”表示；
2.风机的出口位置以机客的出风口角度表示。“左”“右”均可制成0、45、90、135、180、225共六种角度。
三、使用工作状态
1.适用使用温度小于80℃，介质为空气加蒸汽
2.性能表中的参数为标准大气压状况下20℃、气体密度为1.2kg/m³,若使用状态发生变化，请进行性能换算。
