川达深喉口冲床广泛应用于汽车、拖拉机、电动机、电器仪表、轴承、工具、及日用五金行业。本深喉口机床结构简单、操作容易、维修方便。
深喉口冲床的主要部件机构：
1.机身 机身与工作台是铸成一体式双柱C形铸件
2.传动系统 传动系统为二级传动
3.离合器 采用单转键式刚性离合器
4.连杆滑块
5.制动器 本深喉口冲床采用偏心轮带式制动器。
工作原理特点和用途：该深喉口冲床是以曲轴驱动连杆带动滑块运动的，曲轴和连杆机构都是刚性的，因此滑块的运动是强制性的，行程次数和滑块的运动曲线是固定不变的。改压力机应用广泛，如剪切、冲孔、落料、成型弯曲和浅拉伸都可以。但不适用于压印和热模工作。本冲床设有单次行程和连动功能，如果装上自动送料机构即可进行自动工作。
