工作原理 WORK PRINCIPLE

        RG13系列电动程控螺旋压力机是在普通摩擦压力机的基础加装开关磁阻调速电动机、飞轮及以PLC为核心的控制系统。该压力机采用开关磁阻调速电动机驱动摩擦压力机的飞轮、带动外花键套正反转运动外花键套驱动镶在螺杆上的内花键轴带动螺杆在螺母驱动下完成上下运动产生冲动力。

        采用PLC自动控制成型过程，通过触摸屏对运行参数进行数字化设置。输入启动信号后，电机由静止状态迅速起动，驱动飞轮急速旋转，内花键轴驱动螺杆和滑块一起加速下行。电机达到预先设置的打击能量所要求的转速时，利用飞轮储存的能量做功，使制件成型。

 飞轮释放能量后，电机立即驱动飞轮反转，返回到一定位置后，电机进入制动状态，机械刹车同时制动使滑轮回到预先设置的行程位置。

        控制系统根据预先设置的打击速度、打击次数自动完成制件成型过程，返回到预先设置的停止位，将制件顶出，等待再次启动信号。

高效节能：成型时电机启动工作，上料、出砖、清理模具时电机停机，比传统的摩擦压力机节能50%。

安全型高：双重刹车，保证滑块在任意位置能攻制动；有红外线光栅保护功能；有急停按钮。

启动电流小：开关磁阻调速电机具有软起动特性，减少了对电网的冲击。

可靠性高：电机转子结构兼顾，可以承受冲击性负荷；堵砖、缺相不会烧控制器和电机。

       点动状态：作为调模、试模用，可以慢速点动上、点动下。

       工作状态：输入启动信号，完成预先设置的打击速度、打击次数后停止工作，将制件顶出，等待再次启动信号。

保密功能

       系统设计有密码，输入正确密码才能进入系统进行操作。
