Shandong Hongma Group is a group company specialised in producing auto parts, auto components and assembly. It is a collection of R&D, production, sales and service integrated key enterprise. Hongma Group has subordinate branches below: Zibo Benito Metalwork Co.,Ltd, Zibo Hongma Metal Scraps Purchasing Co.,Ltd, Zibo Hongma Automobile Components Manufacturing Co.,Ltd and Zibo Hongma Venture Investment Co.,Ltd.
The group now has 1200 workers and its total assets is 500 million RMB. It covers an area of 150000 ㎡ and the building area is 80000 ㎡. The group has four advanced casting production lines, two static casting lines and 150 sets of various nc lathe machines. Now it has the annual production of 150 thousand ton castings and 2 million piece machined parts. The main products are auto parts like brake drum, brake hub, brake rotor, variable cross-section and constant cross-section leaf spring, trailer axle assembly and light truck driving axle assembly. It also has items for municipal engineering use like manhole cover and seat, dust bin and underground waste collector. Products are exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions worldwide. In China, we mainly sell produtcs to Guangdong, Hubei, Anhui, Beijing, Jinan and other provinces and cities.
The company owns an advanced physical & chemical lab and it is equipped with Coordinate Measuring Machine, Spectrometer, Metallurgical Structure Analysis Machine and other physical- chemical testing equipments. There are comprehensive testing methods and the meterings are comply with the national standards.
The company develops an advanced Quality Management System. In 2003, we got the ISO9001:2000 and in 2004, the QS9000. In June, 2007, we got the ISO/TS16949.Since the establishment, the company has been paying much attention on scientific and technical innovation. Together with Shandong University of Technology, we developed the driving axle aseembly and disc brake. These products are identified by Science & Technology Department of Shandong Province and take the leading position when compared with similar products. The 12T Trailer Axle Project is included in Zibo’s Science & Technology Development Planning. After these years’ development, Hongma Group now is widely approved by the society. It has won the fames as “Excellent Foreign Investment Enterprise” and “ Zibo Advanced Group of Developing Recycling Economy” given by the municipal People’s Government; “ High-Tech Enterprise” given by provincial Scientific Department and “National Auto Parts Export Base” given by Ministry of Commerce and National Development & Reform Commission.In the future, Hongma Group will continue to follow the motto “ Developing through Science & Technology”, develop and produce auto parts, components and assembly according to advanced technology .
