Shandong Freshair Co., Ltd. is formerly a motor repair plant in Linzi District of Zibo City founded in 1956, which was transformed into a share-holding company renamed as "Zibo Air-conditioning Fan Co., Ltd." in 1993. The company adheres to the tenet of "people-oriented, science and technology-based", insists on the business philosophy of "integrity, cooperation, win-win, and development", carries forward the entrepreneurial spirit of "innovative, pragmatic, pioneering, enterprising, and progressive". Through hard work, the company successfully merged an electric fan factory in Zibo and Zibo Radio Twelve Plant respectively in August 1995 and May 1997, formed a diversified production and operation model and enhanced the market competitiveness. In 1998, the company responded to the government call to complete the property rights reform, restructuring into a private enterprise. In 2001, the company was renamed as "Shandong Freshair Co., Ltd." upon the approval of Shandong Provincial Trade and Industry Bureau. In 2008, the company invested more than RMB 50 million to move into Qilu Chemical Industrial Park in Linzi District, with the plant construction achieved a pattern of new industrial plant with modern high standard and garden-style.

Since its inception, Shandong Freshair has been committing to the research and development work for Freshair brand of fan products, and paying attention to product brand image. The company now has thirteen series of more than 2,000 varieties of air-conditioning fan products.
