WJ-1地下内燃铲运机是以“德国道依茨”发动机为动力的胶轮、铰接、铲斗前置、正装正卸式铲运机。该机采用静液压-机械转动，四轮驱动，前后机架中央铰接，全液压转向等先进技术，可单人单机独立进行装、运、卸作业，适用于阶段崩落发、空场法、房柱法、留矿法、分层充填法等采矿法的出矿和巷道掘进出渣，要求运行净空断面不小于2.4*2.4m，该设备采用国际先进尾气净化装置，大大降低了空气污染，缓解了矿井巷道通风条件差的问题。
该机具有结构紧凑、操作方便、能耗低、噪音低、作业成本低、生产效率高等特点，是中小型地下矿山或地下工程更新换代的高效节能新型设备。
